Children First provides comprehensive services for at-risk children and families, including early childhood education, nutrition, emotional and behavioral support, and family-strengthening services. Funding from the Paddock Foundation has provided scholarships to Children First for families throughout our community. Scholarships ensure that children who live in poverty have access to a high-quality early childhood education during the first five years of their life, maximizing a child’s learning capacity. Access to early childhood education also ensures parents have the opportunity to strengthen their financial position and achieve self-sufficiency.
