Easterseals of Southwest Florida offers the highest quality of care and services to children, youth and adults with special needs. Most recently the organization used grant funding from the Paddock Foundation to support its Cooking Matters program, which teaches participants healthy eating habits and cooking techniques. In addition to fostering healthy nutritional behaviors for families, the program nurtures independence for young adults with disabilities.
